CTUSA is an association of Filipinos in the United States of America all of whom hail from the province of Tarlac.

It was organized way back in 1971 and had annual events since then. CTUSA is governed by a Board of 11 Directors who meet regularly and tackle the reports of the executive officers from the President down to the Auditor. The officers in turn regularly apprise all members about the club's events, activities, and financial standing via a news letter issued quarterly. At present, the club takes pride in having a total of 256 family members all permanently residing in the United States of America.

CTUSA also manages a Scholarship Program, whose current beneficiaries are classified as poor but deserving students and are residents of the Province of Tarlac. Its incoming leadership intends to embark on charitable and civic projects in the coming years, projects that particularly deliver great impact on the greatest number of people.
